We have an opportunity with a leading Insurance co. for the below mentioned position
Assistant Manager-Product Development
Responsibilities:
- To execute product development activities as per the Product Calendar, which involves Research, Competitors’ analysis, Development & Implementation
- To roll out product communication primarily to internal Marketing & Sales Team.
- Assist in the formulation and development of the product strategy, roadmap and development calendar by providing support in eliciting, analyzing and validating company, channel & customer requirements.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of existing product suites & associated target markets of Co. competitors to provide in-depth industry, market and competitive analysis to assist in the identification and evaluation of new product opportunities
- To participate and assist in managing the end-to-end process of product development & management from ideation to launch for multiple project efforts, through identification of the various tasks that need to be performed and coordination with functions as necessary, ensuring execution of the agreed plans within constraints such as time, cost & agreed quality standards
- Work closely with all departments as necessary (sales, training, customer service) to assist and drive development of sales collaterals & advice tools, customer presentations, sales training materials and other product marketing collaterals that optimally positions & communicates the strengths of our products
Candidate Specifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in product development from Life Insurance background.
