Assistant Manager procurement Contract –Job Description:-

Business Unit / Process Overview:

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating Procurement contracts, Amendments and Non-Disclosure Agreements between Client and Suppliers across all categories. Categories include, but are not limited to, Technology, Professional Services, Real Estate, Financial, and Human Resources. Other responsibilities include project research and contract analysis

Job Description

- Expertise and strategic/ tactical direction in the development, negotiation, management and administration of contract negotiations.

- Must be able to understand and integrate contracts with the business objectives.

- The Contract Manager will lead the contracting process, analyzing contract issues to identify and eliminate or minimize risks or liabilities and optimize value of the company

- This person will work independently on both standard and non-standard contracts with variety of complexity and risk.

- Partner with internal business partners to obtain business requirements to inform the drafting and negotiation.

- Research specific questions regarding supplier contract terms and conditions

Skills/Knowledge

The candidate should be able to:

- Supervision - work independently on standard documents with minimal

- Escalate appropriate issues to the Manager and US team as required.

- Work collaboratively with business partners to obtain information to fulfill job responsibilities.

- Strong communication & facilitation skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Excellent oral and written presentation skills

- Ability to perform Legal research.

- Knowledge to proof read legal documents.

- Skilled in drafting and interpreting legal documents such as Contracts and Agreement

- Adept with MS Office suite of software products.

Requirements:

- Ability to read, analyse, and determine how to apply pre-defined revisions to contracts for a variety of products and services

- Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Manage multiple contract projects simultaneously

Work Timings:

2:00 pm to 11:00 pm India time
