AM/ PM - Research (7 to 12 Years Exp)

Responsibilities :

- Work with project teams and design analysis plan and most effective research strategies. Gather required information using primary (survey, interview) research techniques

- Organize, analyze, synthesize and/or summarize data and information using appropriate analytical tools. Conduct quantitative (statistical analysis, financial data analysis, etc.) and qualitative analysis (in-depth interviews, etc.) as required

- Work on Questionnaire Designing, Online Survey Testing, Data Analysis (Q, SPSS and Excel) and Dashboards

- Communicate research results through structured end-products (memos, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, etc.). Cull out key insights from data and research findings.

Required Skills :

- 2 to 4 years of relevant Quantitative research experience

- Experience in designing research questionnaire and research guides

- Expert knowledge of research techniques and methodologies

- Hand on experience working on analysis tools like Q, SPSS, R, etc.

- Expert knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis

- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
