Urgent requirement for Assistant Manager, Budgeting and Planning for leading asset management company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Manager – Budgeting & Planning Department : Finance

Grade: Manager

Sub-Department : Performance Management

Position Reports To: Senior Manager – Budgeting & Planning

Location(s) : Mumbai(HO)

Job Purpose: (In a brief, specific one or two-sentence statement, answer the questions: “Why does this position exists and “What is it expected to accomplish?”)

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive MIS package, and providing analytical information support to the top management.

Key Accountabilities (List the expected end results or KPIs that the job holder is expected to achieve for this job.)

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Monitoring and controlling the development of strategic and operating plan in line with shareholders’ objectives.

- Assist the CEO and CFO in formulation and execution of strategic plans.

- Provide analytical and information support to shareholders and top management for effective decision making.

- Engaging with various business units in helping them evaluate and implement new business initiatives, to achieve their revenue and profitability targets.

- Build strong knowledge base for effective market intelligence and benchmarking.

- Contribute to continuous refinement of MIS, controls and various processes to increase efficiency and responsiveness to customers.

- Preparation & Consolidation of details business planning for the Company.

- Analysis of Company’s and Channel’s Persistency and suggest corrective actions.

- Expense budgeting and consolidation of departmental budgets.

- Overseeing the Performance Management for Functions & Company as a whole.

- Analysis of Business Channel profitability through Corporate Allocation.

- Market Estimation of the Life Insurance business to devise Business targets for plan.

- Peer Review Analysis based on the financials of the Private Insurance Players.

CTC: may goes up to 8 lac.

Looking Qualified CA with Min 2 years experience. (Post qualification)
