Brief Role:

This is an HR Business Partner/ Generalist profile for an International FMCG Food Chain Firm, where:

- End to end HR support has to be provided to the Operations (Store) teams in the city.

- May have to indulge in recruitment

- All HR process (compensation, training, performance management, etc.)

- Implementations for the supported business (Technology; system upgrade etc.)

- Partner engagement and

- Query resolution, etc.

Preferred Candidate's Profile:

Experience : 2.00 To 4.00 (Years.Months) in the same vertical (FMCG; Food Chain Retail etc.)

Skills : Training and Development, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Performance Management, End to End Recruitment, T&D, Corporate HR.

Desired Profile :

- Preferred MBA - HR with 2-4 years of Experience

- FMCG vertical preferably from food chain vertical.

- Mandatory Linguistic Proficiency: English , Tamil
