Urgent opening for a FMCG Company for Assistant Manager Packaging Development  Looking for candidates experience with Flexible Packaging from FMCG only  Location: Near Pune (Factory location)  Age (in years.): 35 yrs.   Educational Qualification: Graduate Engg / Packaging Degree like IIP, SIES, Dip in Packaging   Yrs of Experience: 5 to 15 years   Job responsibilities:   Packaging Development Activities:  - Design of Packaging Mockups/Prototype /concepts   - Complete necessary trials for the packaging concepts and document & ensure feasibility  - Design and issue the packaging material and packaging process specifications.  - Assist in identification and selection of new machines/technologies and suppliers for improving existing operations /processes in terms of efficiency & quality.   - Extend support to R&D / SPE and other relevant functions on packaging projects.  - Explore / help to implement cost improvement programs without impacting quality.  - Support on qualifications related to business urgency /business continuity programs  Artwork Development and approval process (RDP):  - Closely work /co-ordinate with Marketing & concerned functions in evaluating a new Project activity document from package technical point  - Timely finalization of KLDS and artwork approval related to Packaging   - Update project on SAP for design of template for creation of artwork   SKU Documentation process:  - Coordinate packaging mock ups/KLDS with Marketing from approval process point &document  - Support Marketing in creation /execution of Project Documentation Request process (RDP) related to Packaging   Quality review:  - Ensure timely Trouble shooting and complaint evaluation/analysis related to Packaging Designs   Training and networking:  - Provide needbase training to suppliers/ in house manufacturing or packing areas related to new packaging (packaging process)   - Establish good packaging network related to various packaging technologies
