Requirement

2 AM – OD

Shift – 7am (9hrs)

Exp – 5 – 6yrs overall exp in training

- Min 2yrs of relevant OD exp

- Exp in content and facilitation for Leadership levels and programs

- Candidates from consultancy background preferred

Managing OD activities – PMS, Organization Design and higher education schemes.

- Creating awareness on PMS

- Timely completion of appraisal process

- Ensuring audits are done, reports completed and action plans drawn up

- Collating ratings and analyzing trends

- Updation of organization charts

- Creating awareness on higher education schemes and managing the process end to end

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Excellent Presentation Skills

- Good Interpersonal Skills

- Computer Skills: Knowledge of MS Office (W0rd, Excel & Power point)
