Project Management Training company looking for Associate Manager- Operations with 3-4 yrs experience.

- She will have a wide range of responsibilities from handling office operations to coordinating course material production to liasing with clients on logistics and coordinating the local instructor force.

- This role requires exemplary leadership and communication skills, attention to detail as well as strong customer service skills and a firm focus on client satisfaction.

Operations

Course Material Production:

- Manage course material up-date process.

- Manage stock of textbooks needed for classes

Instructor Course Support:

- Assist instructor with making travel arrangements

Course Close-Out:

- Ensure timely and correct close-out of all classes – Including:

- Receiving of course close-out envelope after class

Office Management:

- Manage day-to-day relationship with all vendors

E-Training:

- Handle and manage all aspects of the implementation of sold e-training products (including assessments)

Class Scheduling

- Instructor Relations

- Primary point of contact for instructors

- Instructor Scheduling

Instructor Recruiting

- Get complete instructor files in IR Tool

Accounting:

- Manage the Accounts Payable process

Account Management Support

- Ensure Sales Team follows internal processes and procedures including the client pages
