AM - MI Systems Development & Maintenance - IT

1.Experience Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in implementing enterprise software solutions and data analytics / reporting proficiency as a Business Analyst / Sr. Business Analyst / Service Delivery Manager on Management Information / Reporting

- 4+ years of experience managing a team of young / dynamic developers

2. Knowledge Requirements

- Proven experience in Project Management / Management Information Systems e.g. SAP BO

- Strong understanding of Management Information Systems & Reporting requirements (with experience in Banking / Financial Services reporting essential)

- Good understanding of how reporting structures work within banking / back office systems

- Proven track record in delivering projects and/or System Implementations within time and budget

- Solid experience in managing and communicating to stakeholders

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

- Flexible and committed.

- Experience / Knowledge in next generation data warehouse techniques / tools (e.g. SAP BW / HANA)

- Experience of any of the following systems SAP ERP, BW, BPC and Agresso/Unit4

- Experience of managing the migration of data to new systems
