Location : Mumbai

Role and Responsibilities

- Conducting transfer pricing planning and documentation studies for clients to meet with the transfer pricing obligations either in-country or global

- Assistance in formulating transfer pricing policies which can be followed globally

- Assistance in defending the transfer pricing policies before the revenue authorities

- Assisting overseas offices in preparing global transfer pricing documentation using international databases

- Leading and managing engagements in the field of transfer pricing for clients

- Coaching/ developing junior members on the concepts of transfer pricing

Desired candidate profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA

- One to Twelve years of experience in direct tax compliance

- Experience in the field of Transfer Pricing would be an added advantage

- Strong analytical ability

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Client relationship management

- Team player
