Roles & Responsibilities:
- Development of new sales: - Generate qualified B2B leads/prospects/customers across North America (or as assigned) through cold calling (50 plus daily) and emails. Create and manage a consistent sales funnel, conduct virtual customer presentations, negotiate contract within established guidelines on price and contract terms.
- Shift Timing: Mostly flexible (1 pm to 11 pm preferred).
- Account Selling: Identification of key customers, service demonstrations and presentations
- Planning and reporting: Completion of quarterly sales plan, timely and complete weekly sales reporting, use weekly planning to overcome red flags (both written and verbal reviews).
- Document all accounts and customers with contact information and demographics, add all potential sales into opportunities.
Candidate's Profile:
- An MBA with Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Experience in IT Services.
- Experience in web portal and custom mobile applications development outsourcing services
- Sales skills (Hunting and Farming) - Aggressive, action-oriented, results-oriented, prospecting, qualification, verbal presentation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- High energy, self-motivated and persistent.
- Ability to interact with CXO / Director level customers
- Experience with consultative selling, managing sales cycles, maintaining client relationships
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, superior time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work well in a team-setting and collaborative environment.
- Ability to visualize low hanging fruits and use them as an entry strategy to get into new accounts
- Proficient computer skills (e.g., MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) a must
