AM/Mgr/AVP - Business Analysis - BFSI

I am a principal consultant with Endeavor consultancy Services, I am hiring for Assistant Manager AM/Manager/AVP for one of the World"s Largest Bank in Bangalore.

Skills/Experience Required

4 year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from reputed university with concentration on marketing, finance, economics or other quantitative fields such as statistics or engineering.

- Strong analytical skills with 3-12 years of proven business analysis experience or equivalent. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations preferred.

- Elementary programming skills

- Knowledge of forecasting and statistical modeling techniques, market research and multivariate analysis tools (e.g., factor and cluster analysis, conjoint analysis etc.) is a plus

- Knowledge of SAS, SQL and other equivalent analytical tools is a plus

- Ability to comprehend intricate and diverse range of business problems and analyze them with limited or complex data and provide a feasible solution framework.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas

- People who have good exposer in PD, EAD or LGD.
