AM - Mfg - Ointments/Creams - Pharma

We are having Job Opening with Leading Multinational Pharma Company for the position AM - Manufacturing (Ointments and Cream) at Nasik Location.

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate manufacturing and packing activities of Ointment & Creams.

- Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality

- Expert in Tropical dosage form

- Handle day to day product manufacturing activities to meet ASP of Ointments.

- Delivery of volumes and compliance as per GMP & EHS

- Meet delivery performance meeting product quality standards

- Advantageous – lean, OEE, six sigma, TQM, etc.

- Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers

- Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals

- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed

- Supervising and motivating a team of workers

- Identify training needs

Educational Qualification and Experience:

- M Pharm / B Pharm + MBA (added advantage).

- More than 7 years of experience with well known Pharma Industry only.

- Approval in Ointments and Creams is a must
