We are looking for an Assistant Manager-Marketing to support & enable marketing processes .

A brief Job Description of the position is mentioned below:

Job Description:

Designation: Assistant Manager-Marketing

1. Sales Support:

a. Pricing co-ordinations

b. Keep tab on contract renewals and support negotiating contracts

c. Support the business development of the category by customers and territory

d. Travel & visit to customers in connection with the category marketing wherever necessary.

e. Prepare and support the sales team with presentations for individual segment of business as & when required.

2. Customer Service:

a. Service the current sales and customers

b. Timely addressing the customers inquiries for the category

c. Relationship building with customers to ensure positive response even in case of difficulties/ service delays

d. Facilitate the timely dispatch of products using customer service and factory team.

3. MIS:

a. Monthly MIS & reports-Prepare monthly MIS for the category

b. Support with reports as & when required.

4. Market Search:

a. Analyse market and industry with respect to new opportunity in different segment.

b. Stay up to date with the current market trends and news related to the existing or new customers.

5. Concept generation:

a. Conceptualization for new product development and co-ordination with NPRD

b. Co-ordinate with NPRD & category in conducting various internal research with respect to flavor profile, sensory evaluation test.

c. Worked in Hotels/Restaurants/Quick Service Restaurants in Operations related to Food Preparation.
