AM/Manager - Transition Manager by Hub (2-6 yrs)

BNC is urgently hiring for the position of Transition Manager by Hub on C2H basis

Level: AM/Manager

Location: WFH/WFO-Hyderabad / Hybrid

1. Manage end to end execution of process transition spread across geography including readiness in terms of people, infrastructure, technology, operational readiness and stabilization, governance and managing escalations

2. Identify dependencies such as recruitment, IT setup, user access etc. highlight risk and implement mitigations.

3. Execute the transition plan drawn out by the function transition manager.

4. Document the 'To be' process in detail (up to L4) in line with the global process design using Project Management Information System (PMIS) tools provided by the vendor. This will be stored as DTPs (Desktop Procedures) along with core model in a centralized PMIS storage tool at Client CHC

5. Lead execution of knowledge transfer to Client associates as per the transition plan. Experience in handling train-the-trainer, direct training, and remote training transitions

6. Establish and conduct regular governance meeting with multiple stakeholders across geography

7. Ability to progressively elaborate the detailed transition plan with changing environment

8. Responsible for leading and reporting progress on knowledge capture, assessment, operational readiness and stabilization activities

9. Conduct stage gate reviews at milestone events to align stakeholders on project progress and risks

10. Serve as primary contact for project escalations

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Must have minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in leading end to end transition activities across geography

2. Preferably PMP or PRINCE2 certified with good communication skills
