Job Description:

- Handle trade finance products- Import/Export transactions/Letter of Credit/Bank Guarantee

- Provide support for day to day operational customer queries/inquiries

- To provide end to end transactional services on documentation for trade requirement

- Coordination with different teams-product/sales/operations

- Identify documentation errors and issues

- Excellent communication skills

- Client handling skills

- Experience in trade services/operations

- Ability to multi task
