Research support Material management Analytical skills

Dealing with LTU,CERA audit, STPI preventive audit etc.

Reply to show cause notices (SCN) & Appeal and appearing for personal hearing Central Excise Acts & rules Service tax Acts & rules

Diff Sales tax law Export & import laws Benefits from custom authority for Export of goods GST Model Law

Relevant Experience: Provide appropriate opinions on various filed of indirect taxation. Such as Service Tax, Central Excise, Customs, Export oriented Units, Special Economic zone, Local tax. Import & Export Ensuring less manual interference in documentation and proper internal control system for Proper statutory compliance. Leading the team in front to ensure proper response to statutory authorities and response to all show cause notice, Appeal, Personal hearing in the field of Indirect taxation Update team on recent changes in law to make sure such changes have been implemented to ensure the Statutory compliance Decreased labour cost by 35% by training employees to multi-task and be more efficient
