The role would involve:
- Liaison with the concerned Functional Head to understand the hiring requirements
- Manage the vacancy life cycle and selling the company brand and employee value proposition to prospective employees
- Direct sourcing of external candidates using variety of low-cost Talent Acquisition channels.
- Ensure compliance with requisition authorization standards and rules and recruitment policy and procedures
- Build relationships and credibility across the business with line managers
- Maintain a focus and meet targets to reduce cost and time to hire
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Schools, Colleges, Universities and other local organizations
- Assist in the production of qualitative and quantitative management information that records recruitment activity, successes, problems and associated costs.
- Generation of accurate recruitment-related reports for the concerned Heads
Required Background
- Good academic background
- 4 to 6 years of experience in recruitments
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Highly motivated and willing to work hard
- Should be a team player, enthusiastic, energetic and aggressive
- Problem solving skills are expected
