AM/Manager - Statutory Audit - Big4

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Only people from BIG 4 or CA firms can apply

- Demonstrate the ability to understand macro and strategic issues on the client assignment, with guidance from the Partner.

- Demonstrates good communication skills, both written and verbal in client interactions, and sensitivity in discussing issues with senior management and /or audit committee.

- Delegate work to team members. Monitor and review delegated work at suitable milestones.

- Demonstrates expert level of technical knowledge across GAAPs i.e. Indian, IFRS, US (preferable) etc

- Provide pertinent guidance and advice to colleagues on quality or risk management issues.

- Effective engagement management and monitoring of key parameters as to profitability, utilization etc.

- Possesses a thorough understanding of Global Audit Methodology and effectively applying them to engagements.

- Should have minimum 3 years of experience for AM and 7 years for Manager
