AM/Manager/Sr Manager - Corporate Strategy - IT & Business Solutions - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

Looking for Assistant Manager/Manager/Sr. Manager- Corporate Strategy for a German IT and Business Solutions brand in India. This is a Bangalore based role.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Business Field Analysis :

- Market Entry Strategy and Competitor Profiling for organic growth

- Inorganic growth through M & A including target scouting, valuation, due diligence and closing

- Incubate and drive Strategic Projects with future new business or business growth potential.

- Business areas include Automotive, Energy, Consumer Durables, IT / ITES, Healthcare, Security.

- Collaborating with external and internal partners to facilitate growth.

- Developing and implementing market and business development strategies.

- Competitive intelligence and bench-marking to drive business growth

- Support in identifying new growth areas for existing businesses, strategy formulation and execution

- Analyzing government policies, trends, market sizing, competitor profiling etc

- Candidate must be a qualified MBA from top B school with minimum 2+ Years of post qualification experience in Corporate Strategy. Market Entry, Go-to Market Strategy. Experience in M&A would be preferred.
