Designation: AM / Manager/ Senior Manager

Work Stream: Analysis & Reporting

Location: Bangalore

Salary: Negotiable

Shift Timings: 7am -4pm transport is available in this shift, if the candidate goes after 4pm the next available transport drop is at 6:30pm.

Job Description:

1. Assistant Manager:

Primary Role:IC + Managing/ Mentoring Juniors.

Years of Exp. (Tentative - can vary based on competency assessment): 6+ Years

Key Qualification:Strong analytics / banking domain expertise. Exposed to mentoring juniors and executing projects independently.

2. Manager:

Primary Role:Lead analytic team(s). Get hands on when needed.

Years of Exp. (Tentative - can vary based on competency assessment): 8+ Years

Key Qualification: Strong analytics / banking domain expertise. Experience leading small teams.

3. Senior Manager:

Primary Role: Lead multiple teams. Delivery Leadership role. Drive initiatives across all of the client teams.

Years of Exp. (Tentative - can vary based on competency assessment): 10+ Years

Key Qualification: Strong analytics / banking domain expertise. Experience leading multiple teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

Common Required Qualification:

- Experience with reporting / adhocs / strategic analysis required. Modeling / Statistical analysis experience not necessary.

- Banking domain experience

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Proficient in MS Excel and SAS, with knowledge of a wider range of tool techniques and methodologies.
