We have an urgent opening for one of the pharmaceutical company for the profile of AM/Manager/Sr. manager-Medical Information in Delhi ncr.

Job description:-

This position will help plan and implement strategic and operational direction for the Delhi MI center and will have leadership responsibility for India MI personnel. The position reports into the Managing Director, India, with a dotted line reporting to the Global Head of Medical Information.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Establish key metrics, targets and supporting strategies for the Medical Information team

- Create a collaborative work culture locally and between MI group in US and other off shore centers as may be the case in future

- Provide ongoing assessment, feedback and review to the team for targets, call monitoring, and written communications

- Design and conduct training for the Medical Information team on SOPs and adverse event and product quality complaint reporting

- Support the creation and review of SOPs

- Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and pharmacovigilance requirements for MI. Perform periodic quality audits, in addition to ad-hoc checks. Perform call reviews and associated documentation Address gaps immediately and implement long-term solutions.

- Ensure adherence to company and client SOPs

- Design and maintain statistically significant reporting for key stakeholders

- Maintain effective relationships with clients

- Support the business in preparing for and meeting with potential clients

- Collaborate with the Pharmacovigilance team to optimize drug safety activities

- Write medical letters

- Respond to escalated inquiries and complaints received from physicians, pharmacies, consumers and sales representatives; investigates I documents the questions & answers on the appropriate forms I database

- Support the medical information department in updating and creating standard response letters and FAQs to ensure current and accurate information is being disseminated

- Determine if inquiries should be further investigated as complaints or adverse event and investigate or refer to Drug Safety I Quality Assurance accordingly

- Contact internal resources or clients to solicit information required to provide accurate answers to product-related inquiries

- Travel is expected to be approximately 15%

Desired Skills and Experience

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Pharmacy or Medicine (MBBS) or equivalent

- 5 years successful managerial experience

- Prior experience in a pharmaceutical company Medical Information or Medical Affairs Department or a reputed CRO is essential

- Excellent technical writing skills
