End to end execution of mandates and management of revenue targets. Ability to handle multiple positions /multiple industries with applying different strategies to close different positions
- Closely monitor work flow, volumes and business needs to forecast/allocate appropriate manpower.
- Responsible for Key Account management, Monitoring Revenue Growth and adding new Accounts to the existing vertical.
- Ensuring client/customer satisfaction as well as coordinating with the client with an objective to maintain fruitful relationship and reach business goals.
- Developing relationship and strategies with the key decision maker Understand each client's needs and marketing strategy and present custom and creative solutions to help them meet their goals
- Develop solutions and create/revise methodologies that support process for efficient execution of mandates.
- Resolve conflict and remove potential roadblocks swiftly in a mandate by thinking both critically and strategically.
- Monitoring the conversion ratio at every stage of recruitment process & taking corrective action wherever required.
- Team management/ Adherence to MANCERs processes/ Liaising with other departments in the organization as and when the need arises
Salary range: 7 - 12 LPA
