Job Title: Manager / Assistant Manager

Location: Mumbai/Hyderabad

Reports to position: GM/DGM Exec Education

Job Purpose - To support assigned area for Executive Education (CEE) resulting into flawless program delivery and revenue generation

KRA's:

- The incumbent is responsible for supporting pre and post sales activities pertaining to learning programs designed and delivered by Executive Education.

- Under pre sales support, the incumbent is expected to research on market/ industry trends to help identify the learning needs in a particular sector.

- As part of sales process, the incumbent is responsible for enabling maximum possible participation in the programs.

- Interacts with the client's learning and development department/the participants directly (in Open and Funded Programs) to resolve their program related queries.

- Helps the participants to register for the program post which s/he connects the registered participants to the respective program coordinators for required help/assistance.

- Periodically interacts with his/her counterparts in the learning & development department of the client or the alumni /EE programs as part of key accounts maintenance. S/he also interfaces with the IT web team for smooth maintenance of the EE websites.

- The incumbent also coordinates with the marketing & communication team for branding and collaterals development of the programs.

- S/he also communicates with the Library team for gathering data as part of market and industry analysis.

- The incumbent coordinates with the finance team to ensure collection of dues from the client and payment to the faculties who have delivered the programs have been processed

Desirable Experience: 2 to 7 Years
