Purpose of the Job

Identification and evaluation of key risk criterion baring significant impact on the Organisations KPIs. Thereby implementing a risk governance framework spanning key organizational functions

Liaison closely across all functions to drive closure and monitor risk development

Key responsibilities/Activities:

- Planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process

- Risk assessment - analysing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business;

- Risk evaluation - comparing estimated risks against functional and Company wide KPI's

- Establishing and quantifying the Company's 'risk appetite'

- Risk reporting in an appropriate way for different audiences

- Liaisoning with internal and external stakeholders to drive the deliverables; collaboration across branch networks and across functions

- Motivate and influence to create culture of risk awareness within the organization

- Ensure information is available and up to date about BE department, initiatives etc. through communication and intranet

Experience 4 - 5 Years- experience of which 2 to 3 years in managing distribution/operations related projects independently

Formal Qualifications - Must have Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA/CA

1. Strong influencing skills and capability to drive any change.

2. Analytical and problem solving skills as well as a strong ability to dissect business requirements and realize specific process need

3. Ability to work as an Independent Resource under little supervision and meet tight deadlines
