Job Title: Regional HR Manager/ Assistant Regional HR Manager (depending on experience)
Location : Bangalore (Regional Office)
Manpower Strength - Southern Region - 150+
Roles and Responsibilities
Will be handling the HR activities for all the divisions for south region.
1. Recruitment and Retention
- Responsible for entire recruitment in South/West at both Frontline and Managerial positions including sourcing, shortlisting conducting interviews and making offers.
- Maintain employee number as per the budget and track it on a monthly basis
- Keeping a regular pulse on employee satisfaction and take proactive measures to ensure retention
2. Employee Engagement
- Reach out to the frontline and office based staff to ensure good connect and resolve people issues proactively.
- Suggesting and implementing regional employee engagement programs
- Running corporate programs in each region
3. Compensation & Benefits
- Driving/participating in annual increment discussions for South/West with Regional Sales Managers for frontline positions
- Managing all the benefits programs of the company in respective region
- Suggest and close the compensation fitment for the new hires in the region
- Handling queries of employees in the region relating to the compensation and payroll
4. Capability Building
- Conducting induction program for new joinees to ensure they gain adequate knowledge about the company and beauty industry in general
- Analyse training needs, finding skill gaps and managing Training programs for the field teams with the help of Training Managers at head office
5. Core HR Processes
- Ensure flawless execution of the following Core people processes like Performance Management System, Empower 360 Feedback Survey, Employee Engagement Survey, Employee talent Classification
Qualification: Full time MBA (General or Specialization in Human Resources)
Expected profile should be:
Good with Excel and Powerpoint
Must have used social media during his/her hiring experience
Pointers:
If candidate is from a premium MBA institute then 1-3 years.
If candidate is from a non-premium MBA institute then 5-6 years.
At least 1 year of experience of Sales HR/Regional HR/ HRBP
Should have experience of hiring frontline Sales team
