Position Description

Summary:

Reports to Executive Director - Finance.

Successful candidates must have good understanding of financial management practices and consumer credit products with sound analytical skills, a keen eye for detail and an organized approach. A proven track record in services industry, preferably financial services, with strong communication skills.

Should be a self starter, willing to roll up sleeves and work in a start up environment, including willingness to stretch him/her self beyond targets/assigned roles.

Description:

Candidate will be responsible for assisting Executive Director - Finance in all aspects of pricing, creating business proposals, revenue MIS, monthly billing and invoicing.

- Sales tracking/forecasts

- Working with sales teams on collections

- Monthly, quarterly and annual accounting close process and reporting in so far as it relates to revenue ;invoicing

- Approving pricing requests received from Sales Team on all products

- Creating final business proposals (deals) which get shared with the clients

- Optimising the price for different products

- Strategically pricing the products for quick deal closure and new business origination

- Revenue Planning, Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting.

- Work closely with sales team on various projects

- Other ad-hoc projects in matters relating to Revenue, MIS and analysis

- Travel needs - very limited. Position resides in Mumbai, India

Position Requirements

- 4 - 5 years- experience

- Attention to details

- Ability to work under tight timelines

- Proven record of successfully working in a team

- Ideally, previous experience in financial services industry

- Go getter, self-starter & multi-task person

- Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation skills along exposure to working with senior executives and parent company executives

- Advanced knowledge of MS-excel

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and MBA in Finance (preferred)
