AM/Manager - Legal - IT

For a leading Indian Technology Services Organization

LL.B. , LL.M.

- Minimum 5 to 8 years corporate experience as legal manager in an IT Services organization.

- Excellent communication skills - THIS IS A CLIENT FACING ROLE . The candidate will be :

- Required to structure and negotiate International IT business transactions

- Draft transactional documents

- Perform legal research

- Supervise closings and draft a variety of legal documents

- Coordinating with external counsels

- Negotiate and close procurement contracts.

- Advises senior management about contractual risks which can create legal and/or business risk

- Leads cross functional team negotiating nonstandard terms and conditions with customers
