Job Description

Title: Internal Audit Asst Manager / Internal Audit Manager (depending on years of experience & skill)

Reporting to: Commercial & Compliance Director

Travel: Yes. 40% - 50% of the time Pan India Wide

Experience: > 1.5 years of hands on Audit Experience

Job Role

- You will form part of the Internal Audit team and will be responsible to drive the organisation's internal audit initiatives and business process reviews.

- Initial periods within the organization will involve framing the appropriate policies, procedures, SOP’s and Audit documents

- Seeking individual’s with strong experience in planning and executing risk-based audits, including the review of effectiveness of internal controls and compliance to policies/procedures. Experience from the Big 4 is preferred.

- Ability to identify operational audit issues, and make strategic recommendations on internal controls and business processes to the management which will add value to the business

- Extensive hands-on operational audit exposure in terms of fieldwork executive and audit management experience will be crucial.

- Planning, conducting fieldwork and finalisation of audit engagements for the respective Unit(s)

- Rolling out and implementing best practises from an Internal Control Environment

- Managing and monitoring compliances within the Units and Company overall ensuring that submission deadlines are met and that the overall business environment is transparent and ethical.
