AM/Manager - HR Generalist - eCommerce

We are looking fwd to hire for the profile of Manager HR for one of our key ecommerce clients based out of Gurgaon.

Key responsibilities for the Generalist profile: -

- Recruitment across levels and across functions

- Work closely with the Co Founders and develop best HR practices across the organization.

- Employee engagement

- Employee relations and grievance handling

- Joining formalities and exit formalities for employees.

- HR communication

Work schedule: 6 day working being a mid sized ecommerce startup

Work location: Gurgaon

Required profile: -

- 3-6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in ecommerce.

- MBA in HR would be good to have.

- Age between 26-30 years, need somebody young and energetic to handle the run rate tasks across the organization, being a mid sized startup which is poised for a lot of growth.
