AM/Manager - Finance - US GAAP & IGAAP - CA

Location: Corporate Office, New Delhi

Reporting Structure :

- The incumbent shall report to the Senior Manager in Finance team.

Roles and Responsibilities :

NOTE : Knowledge of Deferred Tax is mandatory

- Strong accounting knowledge in IFRS and/ or experience in working with multiple GAAPs especially US GAAP

- Good understanding of ICD and Ind AS implementation and handle potential accounting issues.

- Ability to work on deferred tax independently under I GAAP and US GAAP

- Sound hands on experience in SAP and Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) / SOX

- Strong in financial analytical skills especially relating to the solar / similar sector

- Support internal and external auditors in providing them with timely information and escalate any issues with the respective stakeholders

- Understands the internal and process control requirements for a public company

- Strong understanding of financial principals and covenants related to equity and debt.

Requirement :

- Qualification & Experience: CA with 3+ years of experience, Big 4 experience is preferred but not a requirement.

- Deferred Tax Knowledge is mandatory for this profile, kindly share the cvs in case you have deferred tax knowledge

- Ability to be flexible as to hours during busy periods in order to ensure deadlines are met.
