CRITERIA :  - Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in the field of email/database marketing using any CRM tool  - Understanding of overall campaign management life cycle and execution process flow  - Experience in a marketing campaign management role (Customer Relationship Programs, Digital marketing tools and systems, Email Execution, Database Marketing, Campaign Analytics, List Pulls)  - Expertise on any CRM based marketing tool used for emails send (preferably Exact Target)  - Experience in handling end to end campaign planning and execution thus benefiting the stakeholders by calculating there ROI and feasibility study for various campaigns.  - Clear understanding of modern Marketing tactics, tools, processes and best practices  - Proven leadership capabilities and experience in managing diversified teams.  - Should be able to manage a large size team of 40+ employees  - Should have prior experience in doing performance reviews and annual appraisals.  - Should have worked on large data sets helping clients do effective targeting for campaigns.  - Should be able to handle all people related issues  - Should be able to spear head various projects and ensure timely completion of the same  - Should have had hands on experience in operational reporting and data analysis.  KRA's:  - Executing projects from Concept-to-Launch with focus on Project Scope and rendering end-to-end solutions.   - Would be a valued contributor to key strategic initiatives right from conceptualization to facilitating implementation in real time environments.   - Would individually handle business process for the team ensuring high profit margins and low operating costs.   - Manage business communication across various internal/external stakeholders   - Provide Management with timely status and performance reports.  - Provide Technical Leadership and strategic advice to Project Team members  - Define and manage Campaign Planning and Execution Process including Process Improvements  - Timely and flawless execution of marketing campaigns via various marketing tools to support email marketing, Online Events, Data base list extractions etc.  - Create, manage, and support marketing campaigns that drive sales leads  NOTE - This is a night shift Job (9:30PM - 6:30AM)
