AM/Manager - Deferred Compensation - ESOPs

The candidate is required to understand and handle stock buyout cases for different geographies;

Designing and implementing Employee Stock Option plans (ESOP).

Involvement in equity and deferred compensation calculations

Require fair understanding of exercise of awards on vesting, basic understanding on Global taxation, financial accounting of equity awards.
