Shift Timing :9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Summary

The position holder will be responsible for managing all aspects Collection/Risk Business Analysis as BI strategy, process and reports. Job responsibilities include creation and development of Business Process and analysis of the data as per need of company. It is Analytics Team Responsibility to create the data and business model to help management for Projection and development of new process. Team will also be responsible for Department Level Reporting & Projects (Analytical Support).

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing daily reporting and data analysis Company Level Reporting (Definitions, Process Modeling,Documentation, Accuracy and Single Truth Reporting).

- Analyze requirements and prioritize them on different parameters.

- Optimization/Monitoring/creation of new process of collection related activities.

- Business Process Modeling using Effective suite of application.

- Responsible for Department Level Processes & Analytical Support.

- Responsible for company future BI needs & automation of Process.

- Defined the process workflow for Work Order Inquiry and Work Order Release

Desired Profile

- Minimum 5 years- experience in industry

- Good Knowledge of SQL +Advance Excel + VBA (Optional) & willing to learn new tools.

- Good Knowledge of Process Creation/Modelling with UML.

- Capability to take Independent decisions & able to handle all situation.

- Able to handle a team and able to handle pressure.

- Communication + presentation skills, knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Word.

- Good knowledge of Visio/Balsamic/BPMN/Power design/Astah.
