Job Title: Asst Manager & Manager  Function: Corporate (Direct) Taxation  Location: Gurgaon & Bangalore  - Preferably BIG4 candidates  Role & Responsibilities:  - Developing sector expertise within IGH and focusing on a particular sub sector  - Active involvement in project management - right from understanding the client needs up to delivering the end product to the client  - Demonstrating strong technical knowledge in terms of domestic and international tax  - People development - imparting training and coaching them on the job  - Ability to work across lines of services in order to generate additional work and provide holistic service offerings to client needs  - Assisting in developing the IGH tax team including hiring, resource planning and managing the team's performance   - Identify new work opportunities within existing clients  The Individual:  - Strong analytical ability  - Excellent communication and presentation skills  - Client relationship management  - Team player  - 5-7 years of experience in direct tax compliance.  - Experience in consulting would be an added advantage  - Ability to manage dynamic teams  Qualification: Be a qualified CA   Selection Process:  - Candidates would be required to go through 3 rounds of personal interviews to assess clarity on concepts, communication skills and attitude.
