Our Client 'Largest Global Telecom Infrastructure Company' is looking candidates for Corporate Sales (BD)-Manager

Largest Global Telecom infrastructure company providing Telcom Towers and Wireless Antenna Systems for seamless and robust wireless coverage inside and outside buildings. It operates in India, Europe and Africa. With a portfolio of 95,000 wireless communications sites it is leader in Telecom infrastructure. Its culture is based on talented people, opportunities to grow professionally, integrity, accountability and collaboration.

He/ She must have excellent Corporate/Enterprise sales experience (Could be from any Industry).

Position: Corporate Sales (BD)-AM/ Manager

(Job involves travelling to cities across North India to convert business opportunities and understand clients telecom, wireless communications infrastructure requirements)

Qualifications Required: Any Graduation + MBA from reputed institute.

Salary is not a constraint: INR 7 to 10 Lacs

Shall depend on experience, Sales skills/ competency and evaluation during the interview.

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Job Location: South Delhi/Gurgaon

Potential customers/clients:

1. Developers and Builders coming up with new township.

2. Health Care Group coming up with New Multi Specialty Hospital.

3. Hospitality Group coming up with New Five/Seven Star Hotel.

4. PSU/ Government & Private institution coming up Residential, Institutional or Commercial Projects.

Job Purpose:

Identification, formulation and development of new business opportunities with potential customers and follow up on the leads given by Corporate Team to translate the same into business for the Company.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Job involves travelling to cities across North India to convert business opportunities.

2. Establish viable sales leads through proactive networking, prospecting and conducting market research.

3. Identify and develop business opportunities with potential customers viz. developers, builders, Hospitality & health care sector and PSU/ Government & Private institution etc. in close association with Corporate Team.

4. Establish contacts and meet the Project Heads and CXOs with Technical Experts to understand clients current and future wireless needs.

5. Follow up with clients on proposals submitted for Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) that provides seamless and robust wireless coverage inside buildings.

6. Build good business relations with the prospective corporate clients.

7. New Business Development by acquiring corporate clients

8. Strategic planning to develop the funnel of new business opportunities.

Pre-requisites:

1. Skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

2. Good at establishing contacts, rapport building ability and acquiring new clients.

3. Good experience in corporate/ Enterprise Sales.

4. Decision making abilities and good Negotiation skills

5. Problem solving orientation

6. Aggressive, confident and polished.
