Responsibilities :

- 4 to 8 years experience in operations across a range of teams in a Bank/Financial institution.

- Knowledge of regulatory, compliance and best practices in industry.

- Deep understanding of lending transactions and associated documentation including operational experience in taking lending transactions through all aspects of their lifecycle.

- Good understanding of systems policies, procedures and standards.

- Manage operations and business delivery for the loan portfolio in a stable and controlled environment.

- Interface between different departments to ensure smooth processing of the loan requirements.

- Responsible for the day to day management of the lending team. Key escalation point for query resolution and issue management.

- Responsible for managing lending operations teams and resources to ensure services levels are maintained.

- Ensure that customer services are maintained as per agreed SLAs.

- Develop in-depth knowledge of processes and products and ensure knowledge-sharing within the team to support/assistance to other teams.

- Develop KPIs for efficient operations and perform monthly performance review meetings with the team.
