We have an opportunity with one of our MNC client (services industry) for a C&B specialist role based at Gurgaon.

Role: C&B Specialist – (AM/Manager)

- The role would involve planning, driving and implementing the C&B strategy. The person should have excellent communication skills and people skills as the role would involve managing internal stakeholder along with external relationships.

- The job role would also entail compensation Benchmarking, Market Survey Analysis & benchmarking, Skill Sets Analysis on Market / Internal movement of C&B Benchmarking; Monitoring & reporting of Benefits Compensation; designing and maintaining policies for benefits allowed under cash compensation; Annual Salary Review, Annual Bonus policy,Annual / periodical incentive payouts.

Desired experience is 6 + years.

Compensation would be in the region of 17 LPA (maximum).
