AM/Manager - Commercial - Digital

Currently working on an opportunity for the position of AM/Manager - Commercial (Digital) for a leading media firm.

Location-Mumbai.

Job Profile

- Be the custodian of rights (negotiate new rights and be the point person to understand what our existing set of rights are )

- Drive compliance and payments (in line with the contracts)

- Point person for negotiations with external parties (working with me)

- Should have Work Experience in the Digital industry.

- Should have good communication skills

- Requires to have a good command over analytics and tools (excel etc.)

- Is aware of the rights and its dissemination mapping for digital consumption trends (for e.g. how are streaming rights being used on Youtube.com, is there a separate use modality for on demand)

- Should have experience in cost negotiations basis understanding of business models across the industry

- Is able to manage relationships both internal and external and evolve working dynamics
