Looking For BSM (Branch sales Manager/ AM) CA/SA in Leading Bank in Mumbai.

- To source savings a/c and privilege a/c through a team of sales officers

- To control rejection (less than 2% )of a/c opening forms sourced by the team

- Promoting adherence to process norms

- On boarding calls for FDs and SIP on newly opened savings a/cs

- To improve efficiency and productivity of the team of sales officers thru continuous training.

- To maximize float and New a/c acquisition and ERV saving a/cs

- To stay updated and educate the team on new policy guidelines.

Job Location: Mumbai.
