AM/Manager/AVP/VP/SVP - Financial Planning & Analysis - Banking Captive

We are hiring for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professionals for one of the leading Banking Captive based out at Mumbai :

Roles & Responsibility :

- Produced monthly management accounting & reporting General ledger accounting & control and monthly closing of books

- Prepare, reviews and present senior management reporting package.

- Variance analysis of U.S. GAAP P&L for Insurance products.

- Balance Sheet and P&L Commentaries and Detailed Analytical Review Pack, defining the key Business Drivers and reasons for variances

- Good financial analysis and management reporting background.

- Experience of working with financial data and knowledge of financial reporting tools.

P&L & Headcount Reporting / Analytics:

- Preparation of various P&L & Headcount reports and ensuring timely adherence to deadlines

Budgeting and Forecast Process:

- Working with Country & Regional Managers to create and review quarterly forecasts and annual financial plans, including reporting & analysis to explain changes against given baselines

Month End Reporting activities:

- Assist in key month end activities

CTC: 13,00,000 LPA to 55,00,000 LP A (fixed)

Work Timining: 1pm to 10 pm (EMEA / UK Region)
