AM/Manager/AVP - Credit Risk/Risk Modeling - BFSI - IIM/ISB/IIT/ISI

Opening for Risk Analytics (Credit Risk Analytics)- Modelling - BFSI / Credit Card Analytics role across the location.

Job Description-

- The responsibilities include understanding the business problem, devising an optimal approach, formulation of data requirements, solution/model development, validation using different statistical techniques to getting in buy-in from the client in terms of the solution provided

- Team Management / People Management

Required Qualification / Skill:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree from IIT's / IIM's / ISB / ISI Tier 1 / 2 colleges..

- Should have done projects in BFSI domain.

- Proficient in Statistical Modeling using SAS, R and SQL.

- Knowledge of working in credit cards, mortgages or retail banking will be an added advantage.

- Previous relevant experience in banking product development, market research, business strategy and/or consulting.

- Strong business and Analytical skills with Project Management and ability to influence others

- Strong analytical skills with hands on experience in various statistical modelling algorithms / techniques.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent project management skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work in large cross functional teams and within ambiguous roles. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Team handling / People Management experience would be an added advantage.
