Experience : 3 - 6 years

Position Objective : To get number of openings from industry.

Duties & Responsibilities / KRAs :

Business Development (B2B) :

- Interacting and exploring the possible opportunity of placement in the defined territory.

- Understanding the complete Employers- requirement and customizing solutions accordingly

- Coordinate with the employers and centres to ensure flawless interview process

- Developing & Managing Partners in new region.

- Generating business through partners.

Alliances :

- Coordinate with Centre Placement / Student Services Coordinator and National Placement

- Coordinator ensure lining up of candidates for interviews scheduled by Employers.

- Maintain, Manage, Segregate & map existing available pool of candidates against particular job/ profile

- Managing Alumni Relationship and database

- Maintaining records of profiles and numbers placed

- Get tie-ups done for pre-placement with various organizations

- Generate Placement opportunities for candidates completing the programs

- Maintain relationship with existing accounts and explore opportunities of introducing new models or placing more students

- Generate openings and ensure to place all the students completing Organization programs
