We have an opening with one of the leading Life Insurance Co. based in Mumbai.

Designation: Asst. Manager - Legal

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Job responsibilities:

- Preparing and drafting replies of Ombudsman complaints, Consumer cases and other litigations.

- Maintaining MIS of litigations, follow-up with advocates, providing brief, preparing replies to the complaints.

- Ensure that high quality, cost effective and timely legal services and advice is provided to the business functions within the company

- Responsible for resolving cases that go into litigation including policyholder complaints and policy claims

- Keeps abreast of the latest developments in legislation and regulations

Interviews will be held at Hiranandani Gardens, Powai office but job location would be Goregaon.
