JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Contribute to diagnose, design and roll-out of new Learning Programs

- End to end roll out for certain training programs

- Assist in the Training Need Analysis and Learning Budget Preparation

- Assist in the overall budget management of the function

- Assist in the data management of the function

- Improve eLearning penetration in the organisation

- Work on Special Learning Projects

- Creation of Purchase Orders for International Trainings

- Assist in the execution of the Performance Management cycles for the organisation

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Candidate must be an MBA in HR, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in L&D.

- Candidates from FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing would be preferred.
