Job Description:

Statement of purpose

- To develop leadership skills & competencies across the supervisory levels & build a pipeline of future leaders.

Summary of essential job functions

- To ensure planning and delivery of all leadership and behavioral training programs for all levels

Minimum requirements (Education Qualification & Work Experience):

- Good communication skills

- Must be a graduate

- Knowledge of ID & other scientific OD tools

- Must have experience in delivering leadership/behavioral training sessions

Competency Requirements: [Technical & Behavioral]

- Adept with MS Office with good working knowledge of Excel

- Analytical approach to problem solving

Performance Measures [Metrics for evaluating Job Holders]

- Performance improvement (SLA/deliverables of the participants)

- Coverage & completion of plans per the schedules

- Content Design and Development
