Lead Recruiter /Asst. Manager - Capital Markets
Primary Purpose:
- Ensure talent gap abridgement of the organization; thereby partner with the operations team to provide quality resources in a cost effective manner in specific for the BFSI domain.
Key Accountabilities/Activities:
- Effectively source and recruit the best talent for our domestic and international operations under the BFSI and Capital Market space
- Adept with sourcing talent through the diverse avenues like job portals, head-hunting, linked-in, employee referrals etc
- Able to work in a fast paced business environment and deliver within tight deadlines
- To understand operations requirements for the given job/skill set and design the Job description as per the specifications shared
- Effectively undertake compensation negotiation and ensure parity across organizational bands
- Effectively build tie-ups with vendors/external Channel partners
- To Build an Internal data base for Capital Market profiles and drive a relationship building process around it
- Effectively map compensation basis compensation survey reports (provided by the organization) and also conduct internal compensation and benefit surveys basis market analysis
- Ensuring touch points maintained with the potential employees till the joining day to avoid last minute regrets
- Effectively handle on boarding process within the specified timelines and ensure that the completed employee file reaches the respective department on time
- To plan innovative referral programs in order to reduce the total recruitment cost and motivate employees
- Effectively maintain all the trackers and dashboards pertaining to the complete recruitment life cycle and the ability to articulate the outcome of the trackers.
- To ensure TAT compliance for all the designated activities
Required Experience:
- Proven proficiency (3 years experience) in hiring talent on any of the platforms mentioned hereunder:
a) Calypso
b) Murex
c) Summit
d) Bloomberg
e) Reuters
f) Misys
Work Relations:
- Reporting to Leader RMS and VP-HR for all functional as well as admin issues
- Interfacing with all the hiring managers based out of India as well as other global offices. (24 X 7 work environment)
- Interface with external vendors for any functional issues
- External Talent Acquisition interface during the course of all talent acquisition activities
- Interfacing with Finance, Technology and payroll department for employee, payroll and any other operational issues.
- Interfacing with other team members of people practices team for all functional as well as operational issues
- Proven research and analytical skills ability to make recommendations based on information gathered and sound judgement
Qualification:
- MBA Preferred.

Experience: 3-5 Yrs primarily in BFSI domain and Murex/Capital Markets in the talent acquisition function
