AM/LAM/Manager - Campus Recruitment - IT

Hiring :- AM/LAM/Manager - Campus for one of my IT service based client - Noida/Gurgaon.

Looking out someone who wants to start his carrier into camps placement/handling campus relations as of now.

Role:-

- Campus Recruiter to act as our liaison with universities and help us recruit students and recent graduates.

- Responsibilities include attending and hosting college career days, building effective internship programs and evaluating junior candidates.

- Will ensure we attract and hire high-potential employees and build a strong employer brand among college communities.

- Screen resumes, conduct interviews and perform skills assessment tests

- Design and place print ads on college campuses.

Skills:-

- Design and place print ads on college campuses

- Hands-on experience with resume databases and Applicant

- Familiarity with social media sourcing

- Good networking abilities

- Knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques, including group interviews

- Must have:- Tier1/2 regular education pedigree.

At least 6 months of regular TA/Campus experience in current role.
