“The Recruiters” has been in the recruitment business since the past 7+ years. We specialize in offering Recruitment Solutions catering primarily to companies in the services sector, sourcing candidates at the middle and the senior management levels. We are based out of MGF Megacity Mall, Gurgaon.

We have the following exciting opening with our client:-

Role: Exec / AM - Recruitment's

Positions & Location: 1 position in Mumbai ; 1 position in Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

- End to end to recruitment from entry to senior management level roles, across verticals

- Part of the recruitment team that is based out of Mumbai / Gurgaon

- Position reports to the Head - Recruitments, who sits out of Gurgaon.

Candidate Profile:

- MBA with 3 to 7 years of pure IT recruitment / telecom recruitment experience

- Should have worked on positions independently, from sourcing to closing the said position.

- Ability to work along with senior management.

- Very good communication skills.

- Candidates from good recruitment firms with a stable profile may also apply.


Compensation:

7 - 10 Lpa + Variable
