AM - IT Procurement/Sourcing - Hardware/Software - Investment Bank

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Lead and execute high volume type commercial sourcing and non-catalogue requisition transactions

- Partner with respective Sourcing Category colleagues to execute transactional sourcing efforts

- Align to global sourcing category strategies when executing sourcing transactions

- This role is responsible for management of commercial and sourcing aspects within the IT Outsourcing and IT Consulting spend categories both globally and for local India engagements. A key part of the role includes developing and maintaining successful relationships with suppliers, peers and internal business partners on a global basis

- Lead local commercial and sourcing aspects within IT Outsourcing & IT Consulting categories and value thresholds and provide support globally to deals within their specific location for SME

JOB Specification:

- Should have 6-9 years- experience in sourcing or procurement (IT-Software or Hardware)

- Understanding of how to analyze a category cost structure

- Strong Vendor management, contract Management experience

- Strong negotiation and influencing skills

- Experience or good understanding of electronic sourcing tools (SAP, Peoplesoft, Ariba, etc.)

- Experience working within strong compliance and regulatory culture, driving policies and procedures, both internally and externally
